Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in and attendance at the South Asian International Film Festival of Florida (SAIFFF). By purchasing tickets, submitting film entries, attending events, or participating in any way in SAIFFF, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Ticketing and Admission
1.1. All attendees must purchase valid tickets or passes to gain entry to SAIFFF events. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged.
1.2. Ticket holders must adhere to the specific event’s age restrictions, if any.
2. Film Submission
2.1. By submitting a film to SAIFFF, you grant the Organizer the right to screen the film during the festival and use stills, clips, and promotional materials related to the film for marketing and promotional purposes.
2.2. You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the film and its related materials to SAIFFF.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1. All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and non-disruptive manner during SAIFFF events. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
3.2. Attendees must follow any venue-specific rules and regulations.
4. Photography and Recording
4.1. Photography, audio or video recording of films or events is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the Organizer.
5. Cancellation and Changes
5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change any event or screening without prior notice. In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued as per the Organizer’s policies.
6. Privacy
By attending SAIFFF, you consent to the Organizer’s collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
The Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred by attendees during SAIFFF events.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer regarding your participation in SAIFFF.
9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes.
By participating in SAIFFF, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
